This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. 4. Subscription<\/b><\/p>\n

Subscription Services provide you access to Media and Services offered through the Website (including news and current affairs content provided by Inc42) (\u201cSubscription Services\u201d<\/strong>). A preview is available to all viewers of the Media but access to opinion pieces, commentaries and exclusive features of the Media are available to paid subscribers of the Subscription Services alone. The nature of the Subscription Services made available to you is subject to change. We may vary the access rights of users engaged in accessing the Media without a paid subscription at any time. With respect to paid subscribers, any revision of access rights will take effect at any time during or after such a user\u2019s current subscription term.<\/span><\/p>\n

Subscription Services may differ geographically and based on the device from which you subscribe. Subscription packages and price may also vary in time. Subscription doesn\u2019t grant rights over the Service or the Inc42 IPR other than as expressly mentioned herein. <\/span><\/p>\n

The Website integrates with third party payment gateways, wallets, etc. In case of any payment failure, rejection, inability to purchase or access servers, dropping off in between buying journey, Inc42 Group will not be held responsible in any form. All the transaction issues to be handled directly with the payment gateway or wallets.<\/p>\n

Users may not be eligible for one or more payment options depending on the eligibility criteria decided by the respective payment partner. Inc42 Group will not be held responsible in any form for the respective eligibility criteria.<\/p>\n

Plan duration will include all such technical or production issues like server downtime, unavailability to login or access the site etc. Plan will expire on the due date with respect to purchase dates.
\nBy submitting your payment and other subscription details, you are making an offer to us to buy a subscription. Your offer will only be accepted by us and a contract formed when we have successfully verified your payment details and email address, at which point we will provide you with access to your subscription. Inc42 reserves the right to reject any offer in its discretion, for any or no reason.<\/p>\n

The payment services provider would be a PCI-DSS Level 1-certified to assure the highest level of safety standards.<\/p>\n

You shall pay all fees and charges incurred through your account at the rates in effect for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred, including but not limited to charges for any products or services offered for sale through the Media or by any other vendor or service provider.<\/p>\n

5. Prohibited Use<\/b><\/p>\n

You agree not to use any framing techniques to enclose any Service or Inc42 IPR; or remove, conceal or obliterate any copyright or other proprietary notice or any credit-line or date-line on other mark or source identifier included on the Media \/ Service, including without limitation, the size, color, location or style of all proprietary marks.<\/p>\n

(c) You agree that Inc42 Group and its Suppliers, agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, successors, and assigns do not have any responsibility and assume no liability for any material submitted by you or any third party and may delete or destroy any such User Material at any time.<\/p>\n
